By placing an order, you agree to our store policy:

- Most of our items are made to order, so shipping takes 10–18 business days (Sat & Sun off).
-All ready-to-ship pieces are available on our website — warrmi.us
-Free USA shipping on orders over $150
-Sale items are non-returnable & non-exchangeable

Returns & Refunds:
• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Refund = item cost minus return shipping
• If the total after return is under $150, the original shipping cost will be deducted
• Exchanges at the buyer’s expense (except for defects or wrong items)

If a defect appears during normal use of an item, we can offer reimbursement for professional repair or alterations. This applies only to manufacturing defects discovered during use, not to damages caused by improper handling, wear, or accidents. Compensation is available only within one week from the date of receiving the item

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll replace it or issue a full refund.
