Order Cancellation Policy

For made-to-order items, production begins shortly after your order is placed. Because each item is made specifically for you, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

If your order has not been shipped within the stated production timeframe of 10–20 business days, you may request to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

If your order is delivered and the item is not suitable, you may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
