Shipping policy

• Shipping Locations: We ship across the USA.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-6 business days.

• Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3–10 business days.

•Made-to-order clothing is produced and shipped within 10–18 business days.U.S. delivery time is not included in this timeframe.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.

• Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

• Returned Packages: In case of a returned package, if the order value is less than $150, the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount

•For international orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties and taxes may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused, the customer will be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and the cost of return shipping.
